Bentley does not care for loud noises, lots of strangers milling about, or overly exuberant children and who can blame him for that! He also detests men who wear baseball caps and will bay at them incessantly. Bentley prefers quiet and a certain amount of solitude when it comes to people. He loves to go for long walks in the woods where he can smell all the strange wonderful new things that people can only dream about. Or, wonder what the heck it is that the dog finds so interesting....depending on how one looks at it.
Bentley is about 13 inches tall and weighs around 25 lbs. He is housetrained and crate trained. He is up to date on his vaccinations, on heartworm preventative, and has been neutered.

To apply to adopt: An Adoption Application must be completed, submitted & approved. An adoption contract and an adoption fee (to help cover vet expenses) will also be required. We reserve the right to reject any applicant. Visits with our rescue dogs are by appointment and should you decide that you do want to adopt a particular dog, we conduct a home visit and a reference check as part of the application process.
We prefer to adopt locally (Northern Ohio), or at least within Ohio, and will not accept applications from out of state.
