Charlie is not in our rescue, but is a courtesy posting for Marcy and Jake who live in Spencer (near Medina) and have offered their home, care and love for this guy until a permanent home can be found for him.  Charlie, like so many of the rescued dogs, is an unclaimed stray.

Charlie is approximately 10 months to 1 year old.   He is definitely Beagle and his new vet believes the mix is Golden Retriever.   Charlie weighed in at 37 pounds. 

He is up to date on his vaccinations and will be neutered before placement.

Charlie is very friendly, gets along well with other dogs and even kids!  He knows some basic commands, but still needs training, of course.

To apply to adopt: An Adoption Application must be completed, submitted & approved.  An adoption contract and  an adoption fee (to help cover vet expenses) will also be required. We reserve the right to reject any applicant.  Visits with our rescue dogs are by appointment, subsequent to completion of the Adoption Application.  We conduct a home visit and a reference check as part of the application process.

Out of state Adoption Applications will not be accepted. Potential Adopters must be a resident of the State of Ohio.
