Dixie, a Jack Russell Terrier/Beagle mix, is approximately 1 year old. She is very friendly and extremely active! She appears to have learned many basic commands and is anxious to find a permanent home to call her own. Dixie weighs about 15 lbs, is current on vaccinations, has been spayed, and is on heartworm preventative.
To apply to adopt: An Adoption Application must be completed, submitted & approved. An adoption contract and an adoption fee (to help cover vet expenses) will also be required. We reserve the right to reject any applicant. Visits with our rescue dogs are by appointment, subsequent to completion of the Adoption Application. We conduct a home visit and a reference check as part of the application process.
Out of state Adoption Applications will not be accepted. Potential Adopters must be a resident of the State of Ohio.
