Elvis, a purebred male beagle, is approximately 1 - 2 years old and is of medium size, weighing in at 21 lbs. He is tri colored with very flashy markings. Elvis is a very sweet natured friendly dog who gets along with everyone, including other dogs, cats, and children! Elvis has learned his new name, knows sit, and is even learning to heel.
Elvis, his wife, Ellie Mae and Baby Beagle all were surrendered to a county humane society by someone claiming to have found all three walking down the road together....we tend to disbelive that, but, they are all safe now and are seeking their forever homes.
Elvis has had all his vaccinations, tested negative for heartworm and is on preventative. Elvis is neutered.
To apply to adopt: An Adoption Application must be completed, submitted & approved. An adoption contract and an adoption fee (to help cover her vet expenses) will also be required. We reserve the right to reject any applicant. Visits with our rescue dogs are by appointment and should you decide that you do want to adopt a particular dog, we conduct a home visit and a reference check as part of the application process.
We prefer to adopt Elvis locally (Northern Ohio), or at least within Ohio, but will consider an out of state adoption in order for him to find the perfect home.
