Hope, a beautiful 1 1/2 - 2 year old Border Collie/Sheltie mix came to us from the Mason County, W Va animal shelter where she was scheduled to be euthanized. Hope arrived sight unseen and carrying a bit of a surprise, PUPPIES!!!
Hope's puppies have now all been weaned and placed and Hope is seeking a permanent home.
Hope is extremely intelligent and very active. She requires a home that is willing to spend a lot of time interacting with and training her. She is very loving and friendly.
Hope is current on vaccinations and has been spayed.
To apply to adopt: An Adoption Application must be completed, submitted & approved. An adoption contract, an adoption fee (to help cover vet expenses) and a security deposit to ensure the Adopter has the puppy spayed/neutered when of age, will also be required. We reserve the right to reject any applicant. Visits with our rescue dogs are by appointment and should you decide that you do want to adopt a particular dog, we conduct a home visit and a reference check as part of the application process.
We prefer to adopt locally (Northern Ohio), or at least within Ohio, and will NOT accept applications from out of state residents.
