Junior is a middle aged Beagle Basset mix. We're guessing right now that he is between 5 and 8 years old. Junior is very friendly, gets along well with the other dogs and loves attention. Sometimes, he's a little shy, but he is still very social. Contrary to Junior's pose in all of these initial pictures, he can stand and he can walk. :)
Junior is quiet in the house, but very active outside. He loves to run and play with the other dogs.
Junior is crate trained and coming along nicely with his housetraining. He is up to date on his vaccinations, tested negative for heartworm and on prevenative. He will be neutered before placement.
To apply to adopt: An Adoption Application must be completed, submitted & approved. An adoption contract and an adoption fee (to help cover vet expenses) will also be required. We reserve the right to reject any applicant. Visits with our rescue dogs are by appointment, subsequent to completion of the Adoption Application. We conduct a home visit and a reference check as part of the application process.
Out of state Adoption Applications will not be accepted. Potential Adopters must be a resident of the State of Ohio.
