Winston, an approximately 6 month old male purebred beagle came to us from a county humane society after being "dumped" along wth his mom and brother, due to a divorce. Mom and brother have now been placed, but Winston remains. Winston is a sweetheart and is almot housetrained. He gets along famously with other dogs and will most likely "top" out at about 30 pounds.
Winston is up to date on his vaccinations and will be neutered beore placement.
To apply to adopt: An Adoption Application must be completed, submitted & approved. An adoption contract and an adoption fee (to help cover vet expenses) will also be required. We reserve the right to reject any applicant. Visits with our rescue dogs are by appointment, subsequent to completion of the Adoption Application. We conduct a home visit and a reference check as part of the application process.
Out of state Adoption Applications will not be accepted. Potential Adopters must be a resident of the State of Ohio.
