Completing this application will tell us whether you would do better with an active or lazy, soft or dominant, independent or submissive dog.
There is a $25 Application Fee charged with each Adoption Application to defray the costs we incur in evaluating applicants. In the event your application is denied, the Application Fee will be refunded. Upon adoption, the Application Fee will be credited to the Adoption Fee. Should your application be withdrawn, prior to meeting the dog you have applied to adopt, the Application Fee is non-refundable.

To adopt one of Caleb's Canine Rescues: An Adoption Application must be completed, submited & approved. An adoption contract and an adoption fee (to help cover vet expenses) will also be required. We reserve the right to reject any applicant.
